So yea, i promised to keep you all posted here it is ;) havens were on a quite finished level so i have started work on quest areas, an i can tell you guys those of you who like horror wil problay enjoy the necromancer quest a lot, if you don't there is a lot less intense and creepy stuff don't worry. but even as the creator the mood of the necromancers quest kinda creeped me out so either it's a good dungion or i'm a pussy, proably both :P . also on the npc issu, i spend a day fixing my computer to a point it doesn't crach if i just click the AI windown and lerned to create AI in the first place. huray for me, but extra help is still greatly apreciated :thumbsup: and for those of you who have noticed the poll has been on for a week, (well all 8 of you that took the time to bring a vote anyway :tongue: ) and it wen't 50/50 so since last was a haven it will be an NPC this time, and since the Conaseurs were surgested you'll be given a nice picture of lady devereux. you can print it out and set it on your table next to your bed,... or not :P
  3. okey, attention. looking at the planning i'd say we are in dire need of more peaple who can do AI and quests. we are working them haven by haven so if anyone of you is wants to just do a certain Clan thats just as great. this is vital to the mod in order to be properly finished in time. if no help is offered i fear Tereran vampires will never fully be completed, we will however sill release a better version but some clans will still be without haven, and those havens will be locked. aside of that all havens (tough without npc) are done and the new power and blood system should be done in time aswell. :thumbsup:
  4. they won't be tuched this has two reason, 1. the terran vampires are decendants of cain, the oblivion vampires the decendents of morgal baal (ont shure if i spelled that right, the deadra god anyway) 2. not tuching vanilla NPC enshures compatibilty with most other mods even vampire mods. :thumbsup:
  5. tried Terran Vampires, if you liked it aside of the bugs you'll be happy to know there is a more finished better and way less buggy version on it's way :thumbsup:
  6. your kidding right that one is already in version 1.4 wich is was reliesed years ago, it was the only clan Haven already ingame. :biggrin:
  7. unfortunatly we don't have an animator on the team and none of us has enough time left to lern it. it would be quite usefull tough so if there are any animators out there who wat to do some stuff for Terran vampires, please PM me or WRG, same goes for oay other kind of modder currently most areas are covert but aditional workers will greatly speed up the project. :thumbsup:

  10. i think i know how to fix your problem (it worked for me anyway) open your file. open Scene Root if there are any other files called Scene Root aside of the one on the top of the window go: right click. block. crop to branch. this worked for me anyway, good luck :thumbsup:

Wel here it finally is, sorry to keep you guys waiting for so long, The Savant haven (obviusly there is much more to explore. :thumbsup: ) The Asylum: This is the home of the Vampires who are not yet deemed ready for society. Enter a human and you will find quick death, enter a vampire and you will find a new family - however eccentric they might be. In the asylum Savants are taught how to stalk the night but more importantly how to handle their insanity. Some savants need only to learn how to deal with minor, insignificant visions, while others need to master an irresistible urge to step into the sunlight and have to be chained to their beds and locked in their rooms every night, there are also those who would burn themselves, friends and homes just for the thrill of the flame. Every inhabitant of the asylum has it's own story to tell. And it ranges from the eccentric to the downright insane. All have a background that links to the source of their insanity. Every NPC has a room resembling their personality, and just like every other haven a player room is included. Embrace the Savant Embrace Madness Edit; before you ask: The forum doesn't allow a much picture.

  13. i concider it, most likely on a seperate esp so the palayer can shut it off if he/she doesn't like it. i'll look at that music pack, franky it obviusly isn't firs priority, however i encourage you all to send me a tune you see fit for a certain clan, and note, keep it classical like, meaning it won't stand out too much sorry no techno fantasy :tongue:

  15. could you define custom soundtrack? i might be able to do something with music (legaly before anyone asks so no ''i realy like this song could you use it' since it most likely ahs copyright') soon my friend very soon :P, i made a poster showing the Savant haven, The Asylum, only a quick lookover from WRG and a little description need to be added, it'll be up tomorrow at least.

Hello, i was crating a full suit of clothing using other mods ()with premission, and in nifskop it displays right but once loaded into oblivion it's invisible (as in there is no textre) does somone have any ideas what i overlooked? it's for the terran vampire project (the guy that used to do meshes and textures stopped long ago i'm trying to pick it up :thumbsup: ) kind regards, Urko
  17. i think you'll have to start a new game but WRG is the one to ask, yes well the underworld armors have been added and look great, but i had forgetten about the sinblood patch, great thank you
  18. daywalker ring, you mean like the cheatable daywalker robe already in game? :P as for daywalking interseting you ask, day walking will be possibel in game but only under special curcomstances. there are two inportant factors to this humainty and blood drain. the vampire wil be able to be awake while the sun is up but he wil burn trough his blood supply faster. and even faster if he's outside, this wil means only very strong vampires will be able to walk in the sun, and even then only for a limited amount of time and having consumed a lot of blood. the other factor humainty, a vampire's weaknesses and stength increse greatly if it walks with the inner beast and kills his prey without remorse, this will result him in bein a real terror of the night incredibly strong but realy prone to fire and sunlight, however if the vampire chooses to live an ethic alife as holding on to human principals as sacret, true you won't be that kickass ravaging monster of death and blood but you will regain more and more humanity and so you will get less vunarable to sunlight. clans we have powers why use skills :biggrin: evey clan has it's born abilitys, there will increas automaticly while the vampire rises to power, in order for the vampire to learn aonther clans powers tough they have to teach him, in order to gain tehir favor you will have to do a quest for the clan, these quest wil greatly resemble what the clan is about.
  19. this would requre a massive overhouwl, the likes of deadly reflex wich is frankly porbaly not realy an option, however, given you have anough strength/endurance/handtohand you are able to just grapple you enamy and suck him dry. alternativly you can turn into an animal and attack your enemy, (for example my favorite a swarm of rats), also WRG developed a power making you able to throw your enemy's around. also your able to grow claws wich wil help your hand to hand and graple. but i don't think there is much more we can do given the amount of time. i'm concidering doing a similar, projesct but TES lore correct for skyrim (after playin it myself for some time,) lets hope those game mecanics leave more room for it, perhaps we can do something with the flourishes in that game, but for now claws feeding and animal forms will ahve to do.
  20. yes and we strongly concider it, it will depend on time and wether or not we'd have to force one to use HUD Status Bars, either we make our own, or we want it to be optional. but it's great to hear you like the idea. :thumbsup:

  22. it looks great and i would personally use it but it doesn't realy have any specific use in Terran Vampires, if i used it i'd just be re-uplopading his mod. that wouldn't feel right. otherwise it's a great surgestion, i'd advise anyone to use it. :thumbsup:
  23. just PM me when you want to start, i'm realy occupied with Terran vampires right now, but it wil be great, alo i will note waht player do and don't like about TV. could be realy usefull, lets aim at beating the aother vampire mod teams :P
  24. you could do that, and it sounds fine. i must say, currently working on the final full release of terran vampires and if it's a sucses i'l work on something simmilar for skyrim, only id probaly take the rich elder scrolls vampire lore since there is suprisingly quite a load. ofcourse first i'm going to play skyrim for a vew months, hell i havn't been able to play oblivion since i started work on terran vampires again. http://www.thenexusforums.com/index.php?/topic/410370-terran-vampires-revived/page__st__120 but yea my point is you could go solo but i'd be happy to work on a vampire mod together, think abiout it. :thumbsup:
