I've placed Ballowmutiplemasters=1 in the correct file. I can create mods using f04. esm and one other that I can choose. How do I use all of the DLC's?

Has anyone found out which mod is doing this? I'm really getting tired of it and that mod is going to go away. All I need to know is which mod to remove.

Believe it or not the old ways are often the best ways. I just wasted a couple of hours searching for a mod that I don't remember the name of. I'm not even sure I ever knew the name of and with this "fine" search engine that is a problem. Looks like you've just dumped everything into one huge file. That works fine for a computer but for humans well, that's not how our brains work. We need categories to further separate the information. What this site used to have was a system that allowed us to search for mods based on several different criteria, now most endroced means very little because most endorsed what exactly? What if you're not sure about which category the mod you're looking for is in? That does happen. Gone are the days of just searching through the adult mods to find a hidden gem. Now we're stuck trolling through rated-G crap to get to the interesting mods. I can sum this up in one word, Millennials...… flol.

I can't see any such option. I know I've seen it before because I have about half a dozen games that i mod. It's not in the upper right corner of any of the pages that I've been to or must be in steath mode. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I found out what was wrong. a mod had been corrupted during the download and was causing the NMM not to open because it was busy. I tried to delete all of the effected mod as I could find but couldn't find I all. I finally had to delete the NMM and reload. got it up and running and now everything is working just the way I like. thanks for all of the suggestions and support.

some mod is causing Karliah to walk the other way during the trinity restored quest she won't open the gate. I used player.placeatme to bring her to the gate and now the gate won't open. she just stands there yanking my chain so to speak.... but the gate never opens. any suggestions as to what mod could be causing this?

another quick question, if I remove this NMM that is not working will I have to go to my reg and clear it out of there too? I mean I still want to have another NMM and truly believe that I just got a bad file or something got dropped during the download. I would hate to delete it and find that I can't reload because the reg thinks it is still in there.

thanks. I know how to uninstall it what I am asking is what kind of damage will be done to my game and the mods if I take that action.

Window 7, up to date NMM 46.0 up to date Skyrim up to date Admin running Still nothing happening. I am sorry but I am getting a little pissed about this. I have been in here many times to try and get this fixed with no luck. I just downloaded the latest and (greatest) NMM hoping that it would, you know, clear any corrupt files lurking in an earlier NMM but it isn't happening. If I remember correctly I downloaded a mod from the nexus and something went wrong with the NMM after that. I don't know if I touched a freaking key wrong or what but it hasn't worked since. and yes I do use the damn game download now because I have to. my NMM doesn't work. I WAS looking forward to NMM 50 but now I'm not so sure. please just tell me how to remove this piece of crap from my computer without it messing up my game. As angry as I am I know that these things happen and it is no ones fault. I know that NMM is a good tool but I think that mine is broken. something about a message that tells me that is isn't working.... It happened right around 45.5 and didn't change for 45.6 7 or even 46.0 and I am guessing it won't change until I remove it and allow my computer to be cleared of what ever the issue was. I am still hopeful that I can use another NMM but I, at least, realize that something may be wrong with my version of your product. I do not know what else you might need to understand this problem but I will help you with any information that I can get. One last thing, it did work for a short time and as I said I down loaded something from YOUR SITE and that caused all of the problems that I have been having with YOUR product.

for about three months now my NMM has not been working.. each time I try to load a mod I get a message that NMM isn't working. this morning I got a message that nexus isn't working. it seems as if the problem is getting worse. I have tried to make it the administrator and also tried to turn that feature off. nothing seems to work. HOW DO I REMOVE NMM FROM MY COMPUTER COMPLETELY? And, more importantly, how much will it effect my mods and game?

Just tried to clear the cache using steam and I may have found my problem. not sure yet but it might be something that steam is doing.

no lighting mods. Generally I don't like anything that messes with the performance of the game and lighting mods can slow the game slightly. I have found that most modders have a feel that they are trying to go for with their mods. Honestly, I just thought that you wanted to set a tone. As far as NMM I'm using 45.6 with the latest skse ( I think) it's kind of hard to keep up with the skse right now. they seem to change it every few days. But I am pretty sure that everything is up to date. clearing the cache? doesn't that happen each time you log out? oh... you mean going to steam and doing it that way right?

spock, yes that is currently how I am doing it but I need to get that NMM fixed. Georgie, yes I just tried that and got the same message. I tried Cavern isles and thought it was cool but a little too dark for me. any other ideas on how to fix this mess?
