  1. I was not aware that Vortex used this directory. Mine (without the GOG) contains loadorder.txt, Plugins.sseviewsettings, and plugins.txt.
  2. Just for example, I have 19 Skyrim SE profiles. I switch between them all the time. One is named Default, that I always clone when I want to start a new Profile. It has the mods I use on every Profile. The rest differ by the "Theme" of the mods I install. Keep in mind, Vortex never actually copies mods to the Data directory. Typically I add no more than a dozen unique mods to my Default set. Your mods always live in the Mod Staging Directory, and a Hard Link to each enabled mod is made in the Data directory when you Deploy. All Purge does is remove those hard links. And nothing is going to corrupt your mods.
  3. Look in your Documents under My Games. Documents/My Games/Skyrim Special Edition/Saves All the global saves are in that directory. Profile specific saves are in separate subfolders with names like HkiFOihzj. If you look on the Profiles page, this name will be shown as ID. Try going to a profile mods page and Deploy. That may straighten it out.
  4. Unless the Nexusmods server is down, or SEVERELY congested, your problem is not related to the server or premium status. Look elsewhere for your problem. This is a place to start: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-to-use-tracert-to-troubleshoot-tcp-ip-problems-in-windows-e643d72b-2f4f-cdd6-09a0-fd2989c7ca8e
  5. !.6.12 is working fine here. Sure wish we could help narrow down the differences.
  6. Invisible body is usually missing a body mod. Make sure you run Bodyslide - and build everything. Morphs included.
  7. !) Never use NMM and Vortex on the same game. They are not compatible. 2) It is usually safe to add mods mid-game. If you remove mods, start from a save before that mod was ever loaded. Bits of scripts bake themselves into saves, and will cause a world of hurt. 3) Save for switching between CBBE and UNP. If you want to switch, it is best to start a new game. A lot of mods depend on knowing which you are using. 4) Goma minibikini specifically has different downloads for CBBE and UUNP SE. Use the correct one. If you still have problems, raise them on the mod page.
  8. You will have better luck on the Spider Man Remastered support forum. All we do here is help you use Vortex to install your already existing mod. Not write mods.
  9. If NMM is your preference, it is still around: https://github.com/Nexus-Mods/Nexus-Mod-Manager/releases Install it and be happy.
  10. Well. Managed by Vortex has nothing to do with your problem. Slavetats work just fine when installed by Vortex. I know - I must use 20 packages. Maybe start by telling us how you are installing your mods. Ideally identify one tat package you feel is not installing correctly, and what you see in game.

    Help!

Well you can't get there from here... We might be able to help you with mod install problems, but nothing related to a broken mod or a broken game. I suggest you start here: https://7daystodie.com/support/
  12. 1) Open your own topic. Too hard to keep track of whose problem we are talking about. 2) Report - exactly - the character string you are entering to set the download folder, and any error message you get.
  13. Well it is not a hard failure. I am running 1.6.10 with no log in problem. I did take this opportunity to turn off automatic updating. Some surprises I can live without. Which brings up the most irritating single feature of Vortex. You can't open a bug report if you are not on the latest build. So how the devil are we supposed to report a broken release?
  14. Man - I don't even know where to refer you. Somewhere on the Nexusmods forums. I view this site as Vortex support. No how to write mods, no how to write FOMODs. Just what to do if Vortex fails. You may get lucky - Picky has his finger in pretty much everything. But meanwhile, also scan through the Nexusmod support forums.
  15. Many of the people who contribute here have a long and happy history with Vortex. Some of us followed Tannin when he moved on from MO 2. No matter where you download mods from, Vortex can handle it. That is pretty impressive for a free mod manager. People just scanning the forum might think Vortex is all problems. Well the people who are happily using Vortex don't post. We only get the problem cases. Your post is rare, and appreciated.
  16. Also try running the Creation Kit with Vortex not running. You can launch it directly from Steam.
  17. No; only the plugins that include a DLL. Maybe six total. Be patient.
  18. You won't get any notification unless an update actually exists. Skyrim AE has had two engine updates in the last week. Give SKSE a few days to catch up. A far better solution is to roll back your engine to pre-update. Then you never need to worry about Skyrim updates again. There is always the possibility that horse armor is important to you - which was part of this last update.
  19. Don't just hop on the new SKSE 64. Make sure the mods that are important to you are also updated. Address library, JContainer, and Racemenu are three important ones. Kudos to the Silverlock team for getting SKSE 64 out.
  20. Fun fact: TTW can be installed as a Vortex mod on top of FNV. Makes switching between the two really easy. I have not found much I can not do with Vortex. For Vortex installs not on C:, use the custom installer. You can install anywhere. And don't ever install anything under the Vortex install directory. It will go POOF when Vortex updates.
  21. First you have to understand Morrowind is the game and you must have a legal copy. Set up Vortex for Morrowind. OpenMW is just a mod on top of Morrowind. Install it like any other mod. Granted, it replaces the engine, but still a mod. To play with OpenMW enable it and Deploy. To play base Morrowind, disable OpenMY and Deploy. Spend enough time with it and you may come to like Vortex. Very capable manager.
