Does anyone know if it's possible to create a pack for dogs so that they can carry items, similar to horses in the Convenient Horses mod?

This is one of the best mod ideas I've ever seen. I've been trying to learn how to mod, but I'm really useless right now. I'm an acceptable writer, though, so I could help with the story or with writing dialogue. Also, I think it might be cool if the falmer could use chaurus as mounts. Again, I'm useless at modding, so I don't know if that's even possible, but I just wanted to throw it out there.

Would it be possible to make pouches for dogs and Armored Trolls so that they could carry items? Sorry if this mod exists already. I looked, but I couldn't find it.

I don't know much about modding, but is it possible to make books in containers like chests display a "read" option like in the overworld instead of just take?
