Sorry to bump souch an old thread but I thought the question was relevant and maybe I didn't have to start a new thread. I'm trying to make custom skins for custom characters without having to create new races. Basically tattood and scarred textures for the existing races that can be applied to npcs through the construction kit. So I created the armor addons, armor piece yadda yadda, and it works... except only on the human races. If I try to apply the skin on the elf races it won't appear. How do I make it work on elf races?
