Pretty sure you can do this with the construction set... Lucky for you, I have the spare time. Step 1: Open the construction set, go to "File" (in the top left corner...) then Data and check the box "oblivion.esm" Step 2: Go to "Gameplay" then "Settings" Step 3: Scroll down until you find(you start out in the "f" section, so you should just grab the scroll bar and move it with your mouse) "iActivatePickLength" Step 4: click on it then change the value to 180 or to whatever gets your fancy. That should do it. If you have any other questions, I may be back to answer them; it's sort of rare for me to post things.

A mod that I would like to see, is possibly some sort of animation that is similar to very fast sword slash. Very much like that of Marth's final smash in super smash brothers. But of course you wouldn't be able to use it a lot.
