  1. Hm... I thought you US guys have good education, 'cause Russian Education is currently is in bad condition.

     

    Only old-school teachers is keeping education quality now. And before leaving school, everyone have to pass the half-test exams - Russian and Maths and other, which you may choose freely

     

    They commonly have following structure:

     

    'A' part - a test, questions with 4 answers. Only one is right. There's no 'A' in maths.

     

    'B' part - more complex task, you should write answer yourself.

     

    'C' part - something really serious, you have to solve it yourself fully.

     

     

     

     

    This is REALLY bad system, because I got:

     

    87 (out of 100) -- math

     

    72 - russian

     

    65 - physics.

     

    ...I studied physics all free time during 2011... my russian is nearly perfect. Math's only OK result I've got.

     

    Every institute wants you to have sum of points > than X if you want to enter it. And there's only some top institutes which kept real education -- MIPT, for example

     

    I haven't got enough points, sadly, so I'm going to study there on paid contract. If I'll not get any 3-s (5 is highest mark) during a year, I'll be moved on budget education

  2. Straight to the subject. I was always wondering how do you repair cut leather or fur armor (basically, all armor made not only from metal) with repair hammers.

     

    That would be great if somebody could model a small wooden 'repair kit' box with scaled down repair hammer and a reel of thread with needle inside it.

    Small details like buttons and scarps of cloth would be very nice, but not required.

     

    Kudos for this work, of course.

     

     

  3. Ok. I thinks to create this mod, firsrt of all we should find resources of 'ingredients' and make them appear in-game widely, in barrels, crates, etc. (editing LLs)

    Then we have to write notes and place them where we want. And, obviously, we have to create a workplaces. Maybe place them near smiths, or create just one (upgradeable?)

    When we take the recipe, we receive new variant in workbench's messagebox window.

  4. Hello.

    After reinstalling my game I fixed evererything up and with 92 mods and a ton of replacer it's surprisingly stable.

    But... there's one thing that I can't get rid of. I know the principes of how every mod work and really don'r know what might have caused it.

    When I'm trying to use chair, bench or any other furniture, my character stays in the place. Seat animation is not playing.

    Character can't move like if he seats, but he stand not far from the bench. When I use furniture, it's 3-rd person for a moment, and then first person again.

    And all NPCs can seat.

  5. I thought it would be interesting to have soul gem-headed arrows in game.

    To make them, one could take these arrows, remove arrowhead and replace it with soulgem. I mean, make arrows with heads of all sizes of gems.

    Enchancements could vary from soul trap to something scripted, i.e. you can take soul gem with victim's soul from its corpse (if gem's size is bigger or equal to enemy's soul).

     

    But... if you could make meshes only, it would be great.

    It would be cool to have zoom and on/off nighteye ability assigned to buttons -- however, I don't know how hard it is to implement.

  8. This mod is heavily based on TES-lore and brings the Andoran Isle to discover.

    I don't know about separation -- maybe it will be standalone, as Nehrim, but the first part, Andoran:AXIS, takes place in reality that can be reached from Cyrodiil.
