Thanks but it didn't work, I tried using a simple mod: Wasteland Wanderer Retexture by Azar, while it appears in plug-ins, the mod still does not work.

I am new to modding, and when ever I download a mod to NMM it does not appear under plug-ins, and does not work. Are plug-ins necessary, and how can I solve this problem? Any help is greatly appreciated!

I am new to modding, and I have NMM, but whenever I download a mod, it does not appear in plug-ins, and my mods do not function. Can anyone help with this problem? PS I am modding Fallout 3 if that has anything to do with it.
