Well, the games are very intensive on the graphics card, so i'd plan to spend most of your budget on that :)

Balmora was the best, and most attractive :) I might have chose Vivec, but I think its too big, hence why I don't go there often.

I enjoyed Hlallu the most, the building of the house was fun, and it was definately the most entertaining house i've been in (however I haven't joined Telvanni)

I'm a fan of Seyda Neen, and Suran because those Tel towns are awkward to navigate.
