So I recently downloaded Fallout 3 again to replay through this awesome game, but the game just won't start. It gets to the launcher but as soon as i click play, nothing happens. I tried tools to disable gfwl but they need a Fallout.ini file and because the game hasn't been launched yet I don't have one. I've tried to run in Vista SP1 compatibility mode but that doesn't work either. Any help would be appreciated. Specs:
