I know that the spanish translation for that mod does not have that message translated. So you are not alone. Unless they fixed it. But the last time I checked (last month?) it was not translated.

Does anyone know if and when the More Dynamic Injuries file will be unhidden. I REALLY want this mod. Or can someone provide me with a functional mirror for the download?
