NVM YES YES YES. The glitches have stopped. Thanks everyone for helping me with my problems. May Talos smile upon you :D If you were wondering, this was my reaction when the glitches stopped http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P3ALwKeSEYs UPDATE Well it seems the glitches have only half stopped. When I did the battle of Whiterun my "splish splash invisible water glitch" was so bad that I could swim for about five seconds in open air before dropping back to the ground(Note this was outside of Whiterun during the battle). But everywhere else in Skyrim the glitches stop. Also when I enter Blackreach the glitch is also extremely present.

Well I cleaned all the main files and mods that were dirty. Sadly it did not fix my issues. And to Shubal's comment, I do not know what FPS I am getting; although I can tell that it is quite high.
-
Do I have to do it for every single mod or do I just clean the master files?
-
nvm I think I got it.
-
But it tells me to chose a program to open it. Even when I did what you just asked.
-
What program do I use to open TES5Edit. Every time it just opens Windows Media Center.
-
I will do it tomorrow. Thank you for your help everyone. If it does/doesn't work I will post here again.

I already provided my BOSS log. It is right beneath my computer parts. Here it is again.
