You can try this, https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/76776/. Open your last save, under 'Clean' tab, do 'Remove unattached instances' & 'Remove undefined elements'. Then, Save As.

https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/76776/ . ReSaver. Open your last save, under 'clean' tab, do 'remove unattached instances' & 'remove undefined element', make a new save. Indeed my game fixed & i can enter Bannered Mare after doing that.

If you don't like it, just open the command console (~), click on the symbol, and type (disable), Enter. Then it will gone.
