Yeah I tried looking at not only Nexus but many other sites. Seems like it's still just an Oblivion mod. Thanks for the help.

There was a piece of armor in Oblivion that was basically 3 skulls and some chain. It had a skull over each nipple and one over the crouch area. Does anyone know if it's been brought to Skyrim or not.
