Why in God's name does this require a complete download of the latest version of DX9 just to run? I'm sorry, but that's poor programming. It'd be easier to just bundle the program with what's likely the few drivers needed. If you are like many and do not have broadband, forget all about this program. The program itself may be small, but you need to download a massive redistributable pack just to use it. It's a good program, makes Morrowind look absolutely BEAUTIFUL, but come on Timeslip/Liztail.
