i am trying to create an archer/conjuration class to mainly use bound weapons and conjure a pet to tank but i have never made a build like this and need help? could somebody help me with attribute distribution and must have perks? also do you think there's room to add in sneak/illusion for backstabs? i enjoy the dagger/stealth perks along with calm/fury/invisibility spells to get into position but would that be too much for a build focused on archery and conjuration? thanks.

i played skyrim at launch.. the elder scrolls series is one of my all time favs but i just didnt really get into skyrim. i decided to put it down for a while and wait for the great modding community to make it better and by the looks they have.. since i have been out of the loop i was hoping somebody could stear me towards the must haves for skyrim mods.. so far i have got (let me know if i should retract these) sky ui, skyrim HD(do i need static mesh improvemend if i have skyrim hd?), i was also going to go after something like millenia weapon retexture project because i play in first person and i remember weap/shield textures being horrible or is the weapons and armor fix better... could anybody assist me and let me know if these are among the best, and also what other ones i should look into? thanks so much guys and gals..

i am coming back to oblivion after the announcement of skyrum. my pc specs are way beyond anything required for oblivion and should run the game like clockwork but when i put on the setting to show far land, the grass/ground gets all distorted/blurry/sectioned? is this a typical bug and does anybody know how to fix it? could it also be that i run windows 7 now? there is no reason i should not be able to run this on everything max.. the ground gets better when i turn off see distant land but i dont enjoy playing like that as much. any help i appreciate thanks. also are there any must have visual mods? because i really enjoy beutiful graphics. thanks.
