There's a Spotlight Turret in the base game, and Settlement Objects Expanded (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/10075/) has some good floodlights in it. Wired Settlement Lights (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/49147/)(My mod. Shameless self promotion.) requires SOE, but recycles a lot of those lights into wired versions, so you can switch them on and off.

It has now been 20 minutes. I've done the armor, gauntlets, two styles of hood, boots, and a couple of the ground models. Everything works except for the armor, and now Imgur. I'm trying to animate an armor. The end goal is a complex-ish emission color cycle. Arrows didn't give me a problem. Emission color cycling worked as advertised. The Bow I was working on didn't want to do a color cycle, but would gladly do a UV offset scroll. OK. Close enough. Still looks okay. The armor I'm trying to make, refuses to do either.
