Nifskope 2.0 Dev 10 allows you to save NIF files. Unfortunately, there is a issue, what removes collisions with solid objects, so it is not suitable for CAMP objects such as building kits and furniture, but it's still suitable for modifying outfit, armor, weapons and other things where collisions are not required.

I already tried many versions of Nifskope and none of them worked. NifSkope 2.0.Dev 7 won't open Fallout 76 files. NifSkope 2.0 Dev 8 opens but does not save files. Nifskope 2.0 Dev 10 saves but removes collisions from solid objects such as walls and furniture. What other alternatives are there?
