Still not working with Archive thing, not sure how to use it correctly

I added some mods to my game and if they have a special texture they don't seem to work properly. I looked for about an hour trying to find ways to get it work but found nothing. I downloaded the NMM and only used that so far, I also am using a Windows 10 for this. If anyone knows how to get this to work, please help because I really need a makeup mod for my character XD Update! problems fixed my character now can have make up on XD
