How do you get the new SKSE64 update? I go to silverlock.org site and it still says 2.06 Alpha. Yes, the archives have a 2.07 but is it stable?

Looking for help and possible "Misery Loves Company" opinions. My Problem: Getting CTD's randomly but most anytime I talk with an Innkeeper when I hit [TAB] to exit the conversation.Doesn't happen when looking at inventory, powers, etc.Using Win 10, MO2, Skyrim SE, SKSE 64, and SkyUII've done a Merged Patch and a Bashed PatchA moderate number of Mods ~ 120I've tried eliminating mods until problem stops but no luck yet with any one mod. Will keep evaluating.Just wanted to check to see if anyone has had a similar problem and if so, how they fixed. Edit: Figured it out. I ported "Facelight Plus" from Skyrim Legendary following everything I've read on how to do it. Unfortunately, despite my best efforts, the Conversation Light causes the game to CTD. So I simply deactivated the mod. Thanks

Thanks for your reply. I do not own or play any other Steam games. Yes I bought the PC version and it worked fine as I said on my other PC. I have reinstalled and uninstalled everything twice including Steam. Why it's not recognizing my bus I don't know, could be the bus I guess. The keyboard works fine on my other computer with Skyrim and Steam so it's the bus or some other weird thing. I'm using a Logitech K800. I've also tried a Microsoft Comfort 4000 and another USB non wireless Logitech and all of them have the same problem. For the K800 I've tried both the Microsoft default and Logitech's SetPoint. The WINDOWS key thing is very strange but it works that way. So there you are. Don't know what to do at this point. Will probably take the computer back and see if I can get another motherboard installed. I'm still within my 15 day guarantee. One thing I haven't tried yet is reset everything to defaults. Last effort. Wish me luck. Thanks again for trying. If you think of anything else, please let me know.

To Georgiegril...I have tried the gamepad values but may not have done both simultaneously so will double check that. as for my comment about currently loaded I will try again but as I mentioned I unloaded all my mods using the tools NMM and Skyrims data files, then did an uninstall and physical deletion of anything that was not replaceable via mods. E.G. textures etc. But will try again. As for the bus issue: All the keyboards I've tried use the USB bus. My new computer has a pretty high-end mother board an ASUS Gryphon Z87 MOBO that uses the new USB 3.0 setup. Don't know why it doesn't recognize it although several of my keys work as noted earlier. Any thoughts on the "WINDOW" key along with pressing the wasdjip keys and have them work properly? For vlaka: Thanks for the thought but I had it too and as noted earlier tried the following. Used another wireless keyboard and had same issue, bought a new keyboard that was NOT wireless just usb and it still had the same issue. I do not have a PS/2 port to try.

Here's the latest. If I hold down the "WINDOWS" key then the letter keys respond correctly! This only happens in Skyrim! However, the WINDOWS key + l kicks me out to my Windows sign in page. WIERD! So any ideas on what in Skyrim could be messing with the keyboard, specifically the WINDOWS key?

Please see my other post entitled Keyboard Issue. The game worked fine on my old PC computer except for some stuttering, slowness, and occasional CTD's. I'm trying to play as vanilla a game as possible so as not to have interference from mods so here is most of what you asked for. No real need for my boss files yet since what I have running is minimal. Yes and No to the keyboard question. That is I did and nothing changed so thought I'd try with just the W7 drivers. Additionally, I have tried another wireless and a direct USB keyboard, neither worked. I've uninstalled the game, steam, everything. Signed in and out of steam new game, etc. Yet my keyboard is not seen by the game except console key, tab, and save key. New game if I try to name my character all I get are numbers when I type any letter key. Frustrating as heck. Brand new powerful computer and can't play the game.

I have a similar problem but nothing to do with any mod. Just a new computer and a fresh install and vanilla game. Why won't the wsadejip keys work? Strange. Worked fine on older computer running the same OS.

Recently upgraded my computer. Using W7 16 Gigs RAM 2 Gigs VRAM, I5 4gen. Wireless Keyboard and Mouse. Keyboard does NOT work in game on most keys. Other than the TILDE, TAB, F5, F9, and ESC keys nothing works. Tried another USB keyboard and it does not work either. If I go to the console and press any key other than those listed above, all that is shown in the console are numbers. If I hold the key down the numbers increase up to 9 then start counting over again from 0. Everything worked fine on previous system using W7 but less RAM, etc. Keyboard works fine in all other apps. Only SKYRIM is problem. Help! I have uninstalled everything and reloaded and then run a Vanilla Game. No mods at all and it still responds as above. Dale

First off I really like UFO! Having more interaction and control abilities of followers makes the game much more immersive. I am a brand new user of the mod so have a couple of questions that I did not see answered in the FAQ. Are the "Wait Here" and "Follow me" commands non-functional? This includes the first command of "I need you to do something" then "Wait Here" (wherever you place the cursor). At least in my game they function but are not continued, the follow simply returns to following me. Using "You Know" and the subsequent "Relax...." and "Time to go" commands do work fine but it is one more click. Is the only way to have your follower wear/use items in their inventory by removing items that you don't want them to use? At least with me, pressing the shift key does not let me "equip" items I want the follower to wear/use, but instead simply takes them from the follower and places the item in my inventory.
