The only thing i can find are the gloves and few other random items associated with him. But it looks like the armor is gone. You could just extract the armor from Fallout 3 and import it into your game as long as it's only for personal use. The thing is you won't be able to upload it to the Nexus since it's not included in New Vegas. That would be a no-no from what i understand. I see. Thanks for giving me the heads up.
