Ok, so, I tried the things you mentioned. Still in the low to mid 30's. I tried disabling the ENB Effect in game. Still 30's. Also tuned my shadows to 2k. No luck. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Feel certain my hardware should be able to do more. I agree not quite 60 with the mods I'm running, but definitely more than what I'm getting. I've even disabled Verdant with no gain after. I'm at a loss.

As the topic states, I can't seem to get my FPS above 35 except for inside some buildings. I'll post my PC stats and Load Order. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. (And yes, Sexlab and Flowergirls.. Don't judge. Just like to keep things spicy)
