From a vanilla game to a modded game, I know there are Unofficial patches for each expansion and I have all the expansions from the Legendary edition of the game. Which other mods are usually installed just to have it "up to date" and running smoothly?

So, I've been using CBBE and mods that require it like clothing and such. But I want to try out UNP now, is their any way I can keep the mods that I'm currently using so I don't lose them while trying out others? I'm worried that if/when I go back to my current characters (who depend on certain mods) the game might not let me, it might just crash or something, idk?

Whats the mod called that removes that line of weird squiggly looking lines from the left side of her face, it appears in weird lighting situations and I was sure I saw a mod that removes it http://i40.tinypic.com/2h7j6ol.jpg
