FWE+MMM Sniper Rifle not damaging anything?

Thanks! Weird that FWE and MMM are working fine. Everything is stellar except for the sniper rifle. The blackened patch doesn't seem to change that on my saved game. -
Hi all, I'm running with FWE and MMM and the sniper rifle doesn't do any damage to anything, close range or scoped or not. Anyone know what's up? Thanks Active Mod Files:
