For anyone looking for the solution to this problem in the future. If you get this message (>>Warning: Bad installation. Generator not run from <Skyrim_Data>\Tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users. If you use a mod manager, run FNIS from its list of supported tools.<<) Then the path to FNIS isn't set up. Since most people will use Vortex, you just have to go to the dashboard, Fores New Idles in Skyrim. Set the target for FNIS to (Q:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users) The (Q) at the start is my drive, just in case someone doesn't know. Notice the \Data\Tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users. Data and tools is where you want to be, don't set the target to anything else. Don't set the target up to the Q:\Vortex Mods\skyrimse\FNIS. This is what brings up the warning.
