  1. Have ya used Loot? It's a good way to start. Google it, read about it, use it. It's really useful and simple.

To find any discrepancies between mods it's also a good idea to check with sth called TES5Edit. That's a bigger topic tho. You might wanna give it a try.

  2. oh don't worry mate, I do not expect perfection nor a timely delivery of the mod! I, and all others, are in no place to expect or DEMAND anything so, truly, no pressure! :D

About that dead line: Don't worry, I'm also waiting on Chesko's 'Last Seed' mod and afaik, that'll take it's sweet time too and 'Holds' probably be earlier in any case :)

I'm sure this will be awesome af

  3. "I hope the mod won't disappoint when it is released "

    hahahahhahahahha no.

I think it's safe to assume that you've made this a pretty darn epic thing from what I've gathered ^^

Can't wait, so hyped, because I'm actually building up for my very last final ultimate Skyrim playthrough and I think this mod will definitely be a part of it ^^

  4. What Matthiewagg said a 1000%. That's the way to go. New land needs to FEEL alive, and polished. Otherwise, everything might seem out of place.

Also, I like new unique items. You know, custom armour, weapons, amulets etc etc to really get the feel of new content. It is -very- imoprtant though to keep the Vanilla-Skyrim-Vibe when implementing new models, meshes and textures imo.

Also, a nice easteregg or reference or hidden gem from time to time always make a mod more charming :)

  5. sounds pretty reasonable to me and it doesn't make the Arasdir Mod less desirable in the slightest. So go for it, mate!

I mean, let's face it: Inigo, Vilja, Sophia, etc etc ... there are a couple of well executed companion mods on the Nexus. A party can get too large!

But everybody loves a good story, amirite? Personally, I'd like a good plot more than just another dude who travels Skyrim with me :)

  6. You do not even know how much I want this. This is so badly needed.

Looks great! But hey maybe add a slight blurred effect to the black field? Thus, the illusion would be give that the character is not focusing on the helmet.

  7. Wow. Brilliant.

Mate, how about learning modding and start yourself? It ain't that hard; Go to Youtube. Learn making simple quests. Learn making dungeons. Learn making enemies. Bang, you've got yourself a questline. Whoop-dee-freaking-doo.

No one's gonna just do your mod idea if your sole argument is "But this is a good idea". Everybody's got enough ideas of their own. Modding is doable, fortunately, you might have fun with it

  8. oh noooooeeez ... I was looking forward to it, it is a shame, really :( A great loss for the community indeed

However, it is perfectly understandable why you decided to stop. But now, I'm even more hyped for Beyond Skyrim ^^

    Best of luck.

  9. I think what makes this mod so interesting is the idea of variable economy depending on the region. That is what should be focused on, imo. I'd not change the look and outlay of a city.

I think many users would be scared off to see their favourite city overhaul incompatible with your mod. So I'd just focus on the "technical" part of your mod, meaning the economy, and leave the new buildings and such to other modders, because right now, the Nexus offers a pretty good variety on City Overhauls. Your mod should compliment them, not replace them.

Anyway, just my 2 cents. You do you  This mod will be excellent either way, I'm sure of it.

EDIT: Oups, just realized you're the guy from Romantic Whiterun, who made the city look really fancy and nice. You should, I don't know, make the changing of the cities' appearances optional? :)

  10. Maria Theresia - after the first female ruler of Austra, a very intelligent and rational person.

Preferred diplomacy and marriage over war, reformed Austria and was, for her time, exceptionally progressive :) Power hungry af, though.

Should be vaquely lore friendly, after all, Breton names are inspired by european ones, imo.

  11. Looks grand ^^ Pretty big, in fact.

In no way I want to challenge your expertise of course ... but imho, bigger isn't always better :) My problem with castle mods of the past has always been their size. They were always so extensive that it became exhausting wandering their halls to use ALL their features. And this looks similar, frankly.

So while this proportion certainly might be realistic, it's not practical in game. That is, ofc, a matter of opinion.

I'll love this either way, but you miiight consider overthinking its massive dimensions :) Maybe woe don't *really* need that extra building

Butt I'm so HYPED for this! Your effort is really appreciated
