Hi, is there a way to tell vortex to deploy mods as files rather than as subfolders? apparently I can't make my mods work if they are as subfolders, thus i need to move the .pak manually in the ~mods folder. thanks.

I had the same issue. Fixed by right clicking "click here" to copy link address and manually pasting it to the "enter download URL" space below, under the downloads tab.
