Mod to let me cast touch spells through my weapon

see, I was using bow as an example, I want to be able to cast through ANY weapon. Kinda like Enchanted Hands. basically I want to be able to not have to use an enchanted weapon if I'm skilled enough in, say, destruction -
I'm thinking something where, say, a level 50 destruction touch spell can be cast by attacking with a weapon at 1.5x magicka cost, provided the player's relevant weapon skill is also 50. so if I wanted to cast a soul trap spell with a bow, I'd need to be of appropriate level in both conjuration and marksman. If someone could either make this or explain how I'd make it myself, I'd appreciate it

It's always bothered me that you need iron ingots to smith non-iron gear, could someone make a mod that fixes that?

The way I'm thinking of doing this is having a script run that, for every time you use the mod's throwing weapon, it adds a replacement into your inventory. That said, I have ZERO experience with morrowind scripting, so any help/advice would be greatly appreciated

I was hoping for a crafting station, like in Advanced Needs 76 EDIT: I found exactly what I was looking for with this -
so, I'd like to see a mod that changes the 2nd rank of the Local Leader perk to allow you to assign settlers as caravanners, generating passive income for you and travelling the commonwealth, and instead having the building of crafting stations require different levels of Intelligence, with 2 INT allowing you to make an armor workbench, 4 allowing you make a weapons workbench, 6 a chemistry station, and 8 a power armor station. I'd also like to see the addition of a buildable "caravan collection box", where the passive income is stored, and whose contents are shared across all linked settlements. there should also be a collection box in Diamond City imo.

I want a mod that adds a katana that is as close as possible in appearance to the HF Murasama Blade from Metal Gear Rising: Revengence, with a unique legendary effect that refills health and AP upon a critical hit. If anyone could make it for me, that'd be swell.

Basically, I'd love if someone could find a way to essentially port/recreate this mod over to LE. I used it all the time on PS4 SE, but my PS4 recently broke.

I'm trying to make an automatic shotgun based on the riot shotgun, but when I fire it, the gun doesn't "jump" like other guns. there's literally no recoil, and I don't know how to change this. any help is much appreciated, thank you. EDIT: I am a dumbass, and never realized that the guns don't have traditional recoil in this game.

I'd love to see a mod which adds a way to, in-game, sort the saves based on the character name attached, and allow you to load different saves from different characters from the main menu. If anyone could make it happen, I'd be eternally grateful. ALSO, I'd rather not have to explain why I don't want to just play SE, so please don't ask.

does it use the heavy gunner perk? if not, it's not what I'm looking for.
