I got the same problems without color mods. I got the problem with any custom race. Vanilla races work fine but mine dont. Thoughts?

I have this problem as well. After some trouble shooting i found this problem only affects custom races. I tried orcs and nords and had no problems but when i tried my custom race and created a completely new one to test, nothing i made worked. This is rather distressing to me since i made a race which gets bonuses for mounted combat =/. Are you using a custom race as well?

I had recent troubles with animations including standing on a horse. I had the alternate running with a bow animation but uninstalling this solved my problems. I dont think just disabling it will help you have to remove the files from the directory since animation 'replacers' do not use esm files they overwrite bethesda made animations in game. It looks like they did some reworking with the games animation mechanics and things got messed up. At least for me it did.

I am looking for a mod that removes the excessive wait/sleep time. I am tired of waiting 24 seconds of my life, three times in a row, just to activate certain quests/abilities/scripting/whatever. I have looked on the main site and I did not see anything. So I come to you asking this: can sombody find/make a script that does this?

So I downloaded this mod http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=18617 and was very impressed with is however it does not exacly work with all characters. I found that it does not work with female pc's since the camera is too high and too far forward (The mod was made or male pc's). I can't seem to get it to work the way I want it to. can anybody tell me how to fix it for female pc's?
