so i make a new npc in the creation kit and give them the armor that i want them to wear. I tried putting it in there inventory as well as creating a outfit for them. i set the characters down in the creation kit and then load into the game to see that they are completely naked for some reason. Idk why its doing this as it shows the armor on the character in the creation kit. Any ideas? Note that the armor im trying to give them is modded. idk if that makes a difference. any help would be appreciated

I Think it would be super cool to have a star wars mod with its own story and everything within fallout 4. A project is currently underway for fallout NV but nothing is in the works for fallout 4 and i think this is a missed opportunity. I Would love to work on this myself but unfortunately i have very limited knowledge on things such as modeling and Texturing, not to mention i have very little time in the creation kit! A huge shame too because i am a huge star wars nerd and think i could bring this idea to life if i just had the skills. Just a idea for any like minded nerds out there that are a lot more talented than me.

Hi. I have been enjoying fallout 4 modding for years and i finally want to try and make my own mod. If possible i would love for someone to walk me through the process of making a simple weapon or armor mod. i have very little experience with the programs needed to make a mod ( Blender, Substance painter etc) so i would need basic info on how to use those as well. I would most likely use a free 3d model so that i don't have to model anything myself and i would just give credit to the owner. If anyone can lend a newbie a hand that would be awesome . feel free to drop any helpful info or tutorials you may know of down below. Lots of what im finding is outdated. If you are down to give me a quick master class over discord or something like that than that would also be welcome!

Trying to make a armor mod in blender but i cant seem to find the character mesh to base the armor shape off of. Any help locating this file would be a huge help! I'm new to modding so please explain it to me in a easy to understand way lol
