  1. CK = Creation Kit There's a killable NPC mod done already called Kill Every NPC. I would doubt that it does all those other things you want but you never know. I have to wonder though - why would you go through all that effort to stop npcs from dying if you installed a mod to allow them to be killed? On the dragons, giants, etc thing - isn't that the way it is in the vanilla game? Some of the lower level dragons probably are easier than giants but the higher level ones are much tougher. Invisible HUD - If you go into Settings->Display there's an option called HUD Opacity. If you turn it right down the HUD will be invisible.
  2. Are you asking for someone to make you a mod and you don't even own the game? O_o Maybe you should just download the CK and play with that.
  3. Do you have all the body mods and armor mods that the followers use and are they ahead of the follower mod in the load order?
  4. You must have done something wrong when setting up the outfit. If you post the steps you took we might be able to see what you did wrong.
  5. You don't edit the hair mesh in the CK. The CK is just for adding the meshes to the game. To edit the mesh you need to use 3D modelling software like Blender or 3DS Max.
  6. I don't think there's any difference between a follower and an NPC.They're essentially the same thing.
  7. Do you have the CK set up to load multiple master files? If you're using resources from another mod that mod needs to a master. If that doesn't work and you're absolutely stuck for a solution, one way is to add a new version of the hair and save it directly into your mod. It's a bit messy but it should work.
  8. To answer your questions: Mods DO work and you can change the settings in a mod.
  9. I have altered vanilla NPCs mid game with no problems. I don't think there will be a problem if you change the follower. Back up your saves and the mod in its current state then make the changes. Once you make the changes play around with it for a while to see if anything is out of place. If something does go wrong you can just go back to the previous version of the mod and your old save.
  10. When you uninstalled Skyrim did you use the "Delete Local Content" option in the Steam client? Also did you clear out your user settings in "My Documents\My Games\Skyrim"? I don't know if that would help, but I always do that to make sure I have a clean install.
