I have the same problem. No ENB. I use Mod2. Other modes do overwrite some portion of XP32, such as "MoreNastyCritters_v12_02SE", "Schlongs of Skyrim SE v1_1_4", and "Animal SOS SE". But they make changes to the animal sections only under the mesh folder. I didn't have the Firestorm spell at the time. So I used the Healing spell instead. When casting the spell, my character was still invisible. But when I finished casting, he appeared very briefly, then disappeared again. He remained invisible even when using RaceMenu at this point. The only way to fix it is to save the game, exit, and reload. One other way is to simply get away from the area. if I walk far enough, the character appears again. But if I go back to the same area, it disappears. It's as if there is an invisible wall that makes the character disappear. Very weird.
