How do I structure the files inside the ba2 if it's voice replacement

Okay I'm so unexpected with the creation kit for fallout 4 I need some help lol

so Ive made a ba2 that i believe is packed right holding all the replacement files but for the life of me i cant get a esp to recognize it . Ive made a dummy one with the same name, no luck i need help any would be appreciated maybe to double check my ba2 file and such and hopefully get a working esp with it
