    Sorry, but I'm a bit out of my depth on that one. Been working on my first Skyrim Quest the past few weeks and stumbled across the SEQ issue after my quest wasn't starting properly. Haven't gotten that in depth on the Papyrus scripting yet.

    Solved. Found a script that detects distance from an X Marker to advance quest.

    Solved it. Ended up simply using an X-Marker and some code to detect distance from it.

    Help - anybody. I have scoured the net for tutorials on how to do this exact thing to no avail. I am making a simple quest that involves the player finding his horse. When he finds his horse I want the quest to setStage to the next stage and for the objective to be completed. I have tried using a trigger box and also putting a script directly on the horse itself - neither work!

    Are you aware of the quest bug that emerged after 1.8 update? Have you generated an SEQ file for your quest?     I'm trying to get blood effects to show on custom sword in game, followed this tutorial to the letter, and blood effects still will not show in game. Why isn't it working? Apologies if a thread on this already exists, could find none in search. Thanks. B5Icepick

    I'm having the same exact issue. Put in username and password, click login and natta, zip, nothing. Tried same measures as OP, still no connect.
