[Mass Effect 3 refusing to load saved games(help!)]

Sorry to necro this (at least its still from this year), but I just ran into the same issue. ME3 crashes when it tries to load my femshep saved game, but if I change the gender it's able to load just fine.

 

I do have a fairly heavily modded game, but no custom headmorphs or hairs. Has anyone else run into this issue and found a solution?

[Weapons and Crew]

ME2 lets you edit the coalesced file to change the weapon types available to squadmates, and it looks like ME3 lets you do this as well:

Unfortunately, the AI only knows how to use two different weapon types at a time (ME2 had the same problem), so you can't give every squadmate every type of weapon like you could in ME1. Otherwise you can tweak what two weapons are available to each squadmate if you don't like the default options.

[Suggestions on mod list for next playthrough]

I've been meaning to get ME3 set up for an "ultimate" playthrough (was going to do that before Andromeda came out, but that didn't happen). Anyways, I was planning on playing with the following set of mods:

Are there any issues with this particular combination of mods? From what I could tell on the download pages, all of these should play nicely together.

 

As you might have already noticed, I'm looking for mods that add/restore lore-friendly content, more weapons/powers, and fix issues with the game. I went for the LIME ending since it looks like the best transition into using the Citadel DLC as the ending.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions on additional mods that I've overlooked?

I have my FemShep ready to go finish the trilogy and I noticed that there's been a proliferation of great mods since my last full playthrough.

 

I'm wanting to run with a full load of as many great mods as I can get my hands on (that still work together nicely) and want to make sure I'm not overlooking anything.

Are there any other good mods I've overlooked or things I should be aware of when getting all of these to work together? Any tips on coalesced tweaks to enable cool things that aren't part of mods (like custom classes, I remember seeing something about that awhile ago).

 

A few quick questions: does ALOT pretty much have all of the textures from the various texture mods I skipped over?

 

Does EGM have most/all of the armor mods already integrated?
