Hello there, I am trying my hand at modding and am Completely new at it, and I have found several things and figured out how to do a few things, like changing an item model for something by simply copy pasting the modelpath/"id" into the item I want to have another appearance on. I also read some pages about voice acting, creating quests etc and watched on youtube. However, I am trying to find where that text is located in the ck that says 'Soul Captured' on the top left of your screen ingame when you capture a soul. I want to change what that text says into something else but I look and look but can't seem to find where it is. I need it so I can alter that text into a text/notification of my own. Of course I want that new text I alter it into to only work with the enchants/items I intend to create. Does anyone know where exactly I can find that sentence in the ck? Thank you.

*May have minor spoilers about stories involving Maven, thieves guild, Deadra, Dark brotherhood* Hello, After having seen many different types of mods and seeing pretty much anything can be done I was wondering if there exists a mod that gives you the option to do good or be a force of good. I have not really found such a thing but if it is there I'd like to know of it, and if it does not yet exist I'd love it if someone could create a mod as such. My reason? I have not done much in the game yet and have checked on Riften in my traveling in hopes of joining the Thieves Guild in which I found out they are definitely not the ones I want to join up with as they are just real bastards like a sort of maffia that goes after innocent people and they only refrain from killing because it would not benefit their "bussiness", I had hoped they were a more noble kind of thieves guild as in Vigilante or such (like Arrow, or Batman haha). Then that disturbing monster called Maven who for some reason after I read some topics I found on google turns out unkillable and on top of that you can't even bring her and her dark bussiness down! Nope, even worse, she can become a Jarl! And then that disturbing Dark Brotherhood with their sick rituals and all... And then those Daedra, like the one I met in a house, that dominance one, you don't even have the option to tell him to shove it and refuse the quest. I am fine with this being in the game as it all bring more story and it's great, but what I really miss is while the oppurtunity is massive on helping all that evil/ "evil" get their way you have no way of opposing it storywise and bring them down which to me is something that should have really been implied into the game as well. It made me feel like, what point do I have playing if I can't even oppose them? As well, I refuse to do the evil/ "evil" they do, I am too much of a softy haha, well, unless I had the option to take said evil/ "evil" down, hell, I would rain destruction down uopn them or at least make sure they get behind bars. Can someone create a mod that creates this kind of diversity into the storylines? I really want the choice to effectively oppose them and ruin their plans instead of seeing them win no matter what or only having the option to help them rise.. Down with Maven and any other who harm, steal from, frame and attack the innocent! I want to be the good guy, not the bad guy. And I want it to be effective and really play out in the story by the choices I make. If I knew how to mod myself I would have definiteky created a (big) mod like this but as I can't I bring it as a request in the forums here hoping a modder feels the same. Or heck, if someone knows an easy to understand clear guide to modding (so no difficult computer-lingo and such, and heck, maybe even pictures as I am quite the imaginitive person) I'd love to learn it myself, I just for now have no clue where to begin, what to use, etc, though for some reason things like manually placing in existant mods and even slightly changing the size of something and placing it back where it belongs in nifskope (trial and error) and seeing what modding can do really peaked my interest and it seems a lot of fun. On top of that, is there really no joinable good guys guild at all in Skyrim? Not holier then thou but in the terms of Arrow or Batman and such, so a Vigilante group protecting the weak/innocent and fighting evil. I really want to teach those stupid Daedra like the dominance one and filth like Maven or any (other) evil their place by ruining their plans and either put them behind bars or kill em storywise (so no unkillable stuff or having to use console, really extra options to story) ah well, maybe this is too much to ask but I really miss those options in a game I really expected to have those options. Never mind , problem solved as in I just uninstalled the Manager , for some reason I do not understand that program and find installing mods manually easier . Oh , and my game is bought legally too by the way as a cd rom at a game store , while installing Skyrim and having to login to my Steam account to input the key I thought 'Why in the world did I not just buy and download it directly from my Steam account?' , as well, the cd rom also uses Steam it turned out, would have saved me a pointless trip if I knew that beforehand! haha
