Get my home is your home, its on nexus, it allows you to assign your home as all of your followers home. It is exactly what you need.

Some other followers that are as deeply thought out as Vilja would be nice.

I would love to see the conversation wheel from Oblivion brought to Skyrim, I felt it added a nice challenge to conversations with npcs and strengthened the feeling of immersion in the game. I realize that it might be a difficult task ,but I'm just throwing it out there, food for thought.

They just came out with a game of thrones companion mod where Tyrian Lanister is one of the characters, very cool! If you don't know who that is , he is the midget from Game of Thrones. Also i don't know if you have the my home is your home mod but you should get it if you don't already have it . Seriously though it sounds like you would be better off making your own companion. Just download the creation kit from steam and watch these tutorial videos.- . I make my own followers ,dungeons,armor and weapons all of the time, and i'm no genius, it's actually quite easy:D best of luck.

Try cleaning your masterfiles using TES5EDIT which is available right here in the skyrim nexus, surprisingly Bethesda's updates and DLC is not as mod friendly as you would think.Here is the link to the tes5edit tool,http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/25859. Also i suggest watching this video before using tes5edit which I will also provide a link to, . I had the same bug, plus several others and this fixed most of my issues. I am having an issue with skse. It is just making my followers go nuts, for instance, if I get into combat one or more of my followers will either attack me or dismiss themselves. I was using ufo, uninstalled it and that helped some, now I am using aft but the only thing that completely fixes the situation is loading up the game without skse loader.After un installing convenient horses the problem was fixed for a short time only to return within 10 minutes, also mounting a horse causes my one of my two followers to dismiss. The two followers I have are unique non vanilla followers, cerwiden and sloth. If anyone has any answers plz get back to me on this asap, this issue is a pain in the ass and I need skse to run a lot of my mods.
