I see, I thought race had to be before custom races, guess I was wrong, and I never thought about having only a few BBL active. I guess it would make since to unload the original ESP and load the classier one. Before BOSS edited it (so I can get the list for you) I did have WATER at the bottom becausee I just thought any graphic changes should be last, but ok I'll make sure it's always at the bottom next to RaceMenu. Well I got TES5EDIT and followed a guide to clean the bethesda files Update.esm and HearthFires.esm because it had ALOT of dirty edits (which according to TES5EDIT is not good). And a companion that I added had like... something about sub records.

As the title says I need some help with getting all those (BBL and UB) mods working and not crashing my game. It crashed right after the Bethesda logo. Here are the mod I installed, I used BOSS to get the txt list. It might also be the animation packs in there messing everything up, I might be doing something wrong those (downloaded wrong one). So if you could ignore it, please do and just help with the load order all the BBL and UB mods. Also does it matter which order FNIS is in? Thanks.

@ Journeyman: Okay I'll use the race menu in the water and disable some hairs mods and see if that works. @ korun: Hmm could be an overwrite with the race problem, the custom races and standalone companions are in the same place as the vanillas, only one with their own folder is JessicaAlba shes in actors folder, the others are in the character one (vanilla spot). And I am using FNIS since a mod I have requires it, and some other animations that are required except I think 4, I have 6 animations. p.s. I blame mmoxreview for my mod installing spree @_@;

Ok heres my mod list, I think apachii might be it, maybe. I started the game recently I can switch to a female of the original skyrim races. Just can't switch to say Lunari or Succubus. It just shows whoever I opened the menu with. Now randomly some mods will find themselves uninstalled (I didn't touch them) which is weird, the one I'm talking about is that bathing beauties one (BBLapachii hair or the house mod one). Now I've a question... I have mods installed that aren't on that list, does that mean they're not really installed or they just have no plugin?

Inside the spoiler tag is random problems I exprience throughout the entire day (literally more then 10+ hrs) but solved (?), my problem now is below the spoiler tag, and I need help with it. v--- tl;dr ---v (read if you want) My main issue is I can't create a female. I start with the default nord and it stays that same nord while I look through the custom races. Though I can see male of other original skyrim races it just takes a long time for it to load, say 15-30 seconds. BUT I can't switch to female, it freezes. Successfully I switched to female once but it was still the nord male. I read somewhere to just create the default nord and do the console race menu. That didn't work, it just took longer to freeze. If you need/want mod list I can give that to you guys/girls.
