Shocking. EA resorting to cheap tactics to milk people of ridiculous amounts of money (in a slow way, people don't realize how it adds up), for content that should have existed in the main game to begin with.
We aren't ever going to ever have another real Sims game. And we aren't ever going to relive a fraction of how it felt back in the original Sims / Simcity days.
Bitter, bitter, reality. The corporate world isn't to blame, oh no. The complacent, instant gratification driven consumer is. EA might be a disgusting company, but they're far less so than the consumers that willingly continue supporting their actions by sending a money signal that they'll keep paying. Same goes for Activision.
Hence the thriving indie market. The Gaming industry is gaining a sharp polarity, and so is the user base.

Replaying Unreal Tournament.
Tweaked the ini file slightly. 1920x1200 (Not to mention AA, and AF) is much better than the memories of the past I have in my mind. Feels odd. That despite that it hasn't really aged at all.

"Angel's Egg."
I rewatch it periodically. Hoping I see something new, walking as another person on the same old road.

the good thing is, you can also convert videos and audio files into many various formats with VLC. other expensive audio/video programs no longer needed!
I very much doubt it yields a quality product. Barring that it's only remuxing into a new container, and not directly altering the stream data itself. I can't see anyone involve in coordinating additions and developments bloating the distribution with the latter.
I'm not saying there isn't better open source software out there to convert stream data. But whether it be another app, or paid software, VLC is likely an inferior choice.

Green.
People seem to frequently act envious, or talk about how they wish they had green eyes. I personally like them in myself, but have never seen the appeal in other people.
