You know how the flora and fauna grew in the common wealth, well i was wondering if there would be a chance for someone to make a mod about Mutation , so the idea is to use radiation for some sort of power up like increased carry weight, damage, swim speed etc. But the trick is that you would need to sleep a certain amount of time for it to work, and of course you would need to have a high amount of radiation to "pay" the price . And later when they release the creation kit for fallout 4 the person that makes this mod should be able to create some visual changes
