I had a good nights sleep and tried again. The texture packs work but bug fixes and addons dont work. Big one is QUDOA Bugfix V3.4,PatchfixMultiDOAClass_v1.02 and specialization pack v1.83B, Cut screen fixes.

I need help I keep getting this warning, Documents\Bioware\Dragon Age\Settings\AddIns.xml' is missing. I don't know what to do next.
