I am aware that there are already multiple threads discussing the new download interface, but I wanted to bring light to a specific issue I and other users are having. When I purchased the Supporter tier, I was promised no ads for life. However, everytime I download a mod, I'm prompted with an advertisement to the nexus website itself. Is this not breaking that promise? One might argue that these aren't really ads.. but they are: "a picture, short film, song, etc. that tries to persuade people to buy a product or service", in this case, the Premium service. I honestly feel betrayed for having contributed, and I'm sure others are too. And while I can only really speak for myself, I feel discouraged, and not encouraged, to purchase the Premium serivce, which I believe is the opposite of the intended effect. Will the staff please reconsider this recent change?

I... don't think it's a bug. It's an incentive (albeit an ill willed one in my opinion) for users to purchase the premium service. I understand the need to keep the servers running (having contributed myself in the past), but I don't believe adding a web page reload and a timer to every download is the best way to spread the message. Please reconsider.
