  1. The laser sight offers good weapon stats, especially on a shotgun, but not being able to toggle the laser on or off is pretty annoying. It would be cool if there was a mod either to let you take it on and off as if it were a normal attachment, or let me take it off in the upgrade menu for the gun. As it stands, the only way to take it off or put it on is to visit a technician.
  2. I've found stat swap/transmog mods for the base 3 Witcher gear sets no problem. I am currently rocking a Cat/Bear transmog mod which I have loved so far. But I cannot find any stat swap mod for Wolf School gear. I am on a new playthrough where I am trying a balance among alchemy, signs, fast and strong attacks. Wolf is ideal for that, but Bear armor is by FAR my favorite looking suit of armor in the game. I was wondering, is there someone that could possibly do this? Or, if it's an easy thing to do, could someone show me how?
  3. I don't know about you guys, but this game makes me want to be a lone ranger cowboy, Fistful of dollars type character. I love using dusters and revolvers. McCree's golden revolver from Overwatch would be a really cool weapon to use in this game. Maybe not retaining the cartoon aesthetic.... but a revolver model like his and a golden finish that would fit in with the overall aesthetic to the game. Wish I knew how to mod so I could make it...
  4. I installed the version that is supposed to work with 1.11, but it still doesn't work. The only thing that is working is the fact that my inventory opens on the Potions page. None of the hotkeys work, and when I hold down N to real-time meditate, Geralt just stands there and I can't move around or anything -- always have to reload the game. I installed it with NMM. Not sure what the problem is or what to look for. I've had some experience using NMM before so this isn't my first rodeo. Usually with games like Skyrim mods just work no problem -- seems a bit unstable with Witcher 3 to say the least...
  5. Oh, I just realized that if you install GOG Galaxy you can import your Witcher 3 folder to the client. So I'll just do that, delete the 2 folders, then verify. Easy enough.
  6. Yes, I have backups of the two relevant folders. However, these backups are over a month old and would probably conflict with patch 1.07 as well, wouldn't they? Wouldn't it be better to hunt down the individual mod files themselves and delete them? Like I said though, that's really not an option unless I can see the nexus page for the mod so I can know what they're called. Also, I have the non-DRM version from Gog. So I can't verify the files on Steam/Gog Galaxy
  7. So the mod in question exchanged Feline and Ursine stats & values (wanted to wear Ursine armor as light armor). Worked fine, til patch 1.07. Here's the mod page: http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/199/? The game starts fine. However, Geralt disappears when I move, except his head. His body just sort of.... fades away. I'm pretty sure it's because of the mod. As you can see it's hidden because it doesn't work with the patch. Problem is, I don't know how to get rid of it since I can't see the uninstallation section of the nexus page, and I forgot what the files were called. Could anyone help me with uninstalling this mod? If not, is a complete reinstall my only option? That would really suck, but I'll deal. Just figured I would post here first in case there is an easier, shorter solution to my problem.
  8. The item in question is the "Armored Talon Combat Duster" from Joolander's combat duster mod. When I toss the item on the ground and click on it to get the item ID, it tells me "ff0015d3." so when I do player.additem ff0015d3 1 in the console, it tells me "compiled script not found." I use NMM. For this mod, the Load Order number is 28 and the Mod Index number is 41. I tried replacing the "ff" in front of the item ID with both of those numbers -- neither works. This is the first issue I've had with using the console to add a modded item.
  9. Hey guys, just wanted to let everyone know I did a clean install of all my mods, the ENB, and the game. Works fine now. Guess I fubar'd something the first time around. All is good now!
  10. Is there a dual wield mod for FO3? My searches indicate no, though I could be looking up the wrong keyword. I would love to dual wield revolvers in my current playthrough.
  11. I have an Intel 2600k Sandy Bridge i7, an EVGA NVIDIA 670 2gb, 8gb of ram. I use the latest version of NMM and launch the game through FOSE renamed to FalloutLauncher. Steam is located on my second hard drive and the path can be seen in my screenshot of my FO3 directory (G:/Steam/steamapps/common/Fallout 3 goty) I have AA turned off, Water displacement off, and HDR on in my launcher settings. In game the ENB menu comes up which indicates the ENB itself is properly installed. However, it is clear by looking at my screenshots that the effects the ENB are supposed to provide are not working at all. I'm not really sure what more information I can provide than that. You can see my mod list and you can see what ENB files I have in my directory in my screenshots.
  12. I've never played FO3 and decided to give it a go today -- went mod crazy. I think I over did it... I'm not a complete noob to modding, I played a lot of Skyrim and modded it a lot. Right now, I think my graphics mods aren't working. The ENB definitely isn't working, this is the biggest issue by far. I notice the graphics look way worse than the screenshots I see. I'm using the Realism ENB with ENB version 0.263 (it says 0.237 in the ENB but I read somewhere that the ENB version doesn't matter). With ENB installed, the game looks totally dark. With ENB off, the sky looks normal. I also get an error message when I start up FO3 about the game not being able to find dlls (screenshot down below) And this isn't just with the preset; it is with even just ENB itself installed. Depth of Field clearly isn't working because things in the background are not blurred, even though they should be with this preset. Aside from the ENB though, I notice textures not looking as good as screenshots I see for the mods I have. Here is NMM, my game directory, and some ingame screenshots. I have a few lighting mods but none overwrite each other, and with the ENB gone but those mods still enabled, the sky still looks fine. I really need your guys' help on this one. These are serious issues I'm having unfortunately  http://i.imgur.com/Obke0cT.png http://i.imgur.com/sZ3pguf.png http://i.imgur.com/uIy0xZo.png http://i.imgur.com/SK0HMDi.jpg http://i.imgur.com/ZrywkLa.jpg http://i.imgur.com/CvtP91d.jpg http://i.imgur.com/yQ1pQ1D.jpg
  13. Can't wait! How close would you say you are to completion?
  14. So I know when you type, for example, "help daedric 0" you will get a list of all items, npcs, etc in the game with daedric in the name. But I was wondering if there is a way to look up two words with the help command instead of one? For example if I type "help daedric bow 0", nothing comes up and it tells me I have a syntax error. I'm guessing the command doesn't recognize two words. I've also tried an underscore or combining both words (e.g. daedric_bow or daedricbow), but still nothing. Is there any way to do this, or can you only search for one word at a time?
