Hey, I've got sky rim for a year or so and it ran without any problems. However, since I updated to windows 8 pro, the game shows an blue border while playing full screen. Its Gerry annoying. I've tried many things, like reinstalling skyrim, updating windows and drivers, set to compatibility mode, checked the box with DPI under settings. Nothing works! Can somebody help me?

I got the very same problem, tried everything like you did, without any succes. Have you finally get it to work in the end??
