Ive had problems like this for the past week and recently decided to switch browsers (FireFox-Chrome) and it still doesn't work. I click manually download and after picking a region it just continues to load for 10+ minutes. I got ones like FWE hotfix patch to download and FO3 mod manager but that's it, I cannot download the mods. I know it isn't my internet, I download games off of Steam at roughly 2.5MB/sec. I tested my net on speedtest.net and Id say its pretty fast. Just looking for suggestions and yes I have turned off adblock and it still didn't help.
