  1. I got this thread from a google search. My problem is a tiny bit different, but I agree. Bodies are piling up in Riften for me at the moment. I'm doing Thieves Guild stuff and leveling pickpocketing, but between the failed detected thieves that get killed and vamp thralls it's just becoming too much. I found a mod that might work in Oldrim, but I don't know how to make it work for Skyrim SE Here's the link: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/78266/? I would be willing to settle for burning the corpse to ash with my "flames" ability.
  2. Thanks a lot guys. I look through this and see what I can make of it :) If I have any further questions I'll let you know.
  3. Hey guys, It's been a long time since I've been to Nexusmods and the first time I play Skyrim SE. I know that the advantages of the original is mod compatibility. I'm trying to understand the advantages of the SE. I've also been suggested these mods on the discord server: Skyland Climates of Tamriel + Enhanced Light and Effects Ordinator Immersive Armors Is there anything I can add/remove to get a better experience? If you recommend a series of mods you use yourself I would very much appreciate a copy of your loadorder as well. I am interested in all mods that improve visual quality as long as there's good synergy between them. I also appreciate mods that add content as long as it is balanced and makes sense in an Elder Scrolls environment. In other words, no naked bathhouses, skimpy outfits or the likes. Hope you guys can help me, or direct me to a different thread that has my questions answered. EDIT: Oh wow, I'm still listed as supporter. I thought that title was reclaimed when you were not supporting any more(stopped cuz I stopped playing Skyrim)
  4. Hey guys, I am about to add mods to my new Skyrim install, and I've pretty much forgotten everything about how it's done properly. These are the mods I downloaded the last time. Which I had installed at the same time I don't remember. A Quality World Map Installer Brawl Bugs Cloaks of Skyrim & Dawnguard edition Enhanced Distant Terrain Glowing Ore Veins Immersive Weapons More Hotkeys Please No More Ugly Bronze Shine noboringsleepwaitmenu Realistic Colors and Real Nights - HDR ENABLED Skyrim HD v1_5 FULL - Dungeons, Landscape, Misc, Towns, Riften The Dance of Death Unofficial Dawnguard Patch Unofficial Dragonborn Patch Unofficial Hearthfire Patch Unofficial High Resolution Patch Unread Books Glow Wet and Cold Enb Series Skyrim SKSE Realistic Lighting Overhaul Wet and Cold - Ashes I also had a mod with a thuum that called my horse, a whistle. It made it possible to give the horse orders so it didn't just run off. There was also a mod that fixed the inventory so you could sort by weight/value among other things. Can anyone help me with suggestions and advice about which of these to pick, and if I'm missing any useful mods. I would appreciate it very much.
  5. Amazing Follower Tweaks worked like a charm. Now I just have to find some clothes I can give.
  6. Hey guys, I just installed UNP Replacer Configuration Package and the models and colors are great, but.. My follower takes her clothes off automatically. It only happens when I am not in group with her. When I make her follow me again she still has it in her inventory, but it is not equipped. Why? Hope you can help me.
  7. Hello guys, How do I make the color of vanilla faces match CBBE and UNP bodies a little better? The vanilla faces almost look like they've been dipped in bronze/gold in comparison with the pinkish CBBE/UNP bodies. I've removed the majority of the neck seam with the UNP texture blender, but with such a vast color difference it is almost impossible. The All in one face pack allowed me to use the texture blender, but it didn't change the color of the faces. I got tired of all the regular clothing/armor and needed some change, but I could do without the neck seam without having to change how the NPC's faces look too much. This is an example of what I definitely don't like: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/10168 . I am not only referring to the hair, but the NPC's just don't look like themselves. I hope you can help me sort this out
  8. So far so good, your face pack helped :) Now there is no face seam I used the UNP Texture Blender in the wrong way, apparently I had to load the file myself, not just select it. One last thing. The faces are kinda bronze where the bodies are more pinkish, is there a way to change the color of the faces?
  9. Actually faces aren't completely white. It just looks like the textures haven't loaded. The same way it looks when something is transparent in a picture in an image editor, light grey and white checkered.
  10. It would seem that i need a face mod for this one to work. I don't have the necessary files. In the installation it says I need a number of folders. I tried anyway and unticked the ones I didn't have. Now the faces are 100% white.
  11. I am going to check this mod out when I have the time: Skyrim NPC Editor 0_75_1 It might provide the settings that are needed to remove the neck seam.
  12. Thank you for your answers :) One thing though. Do these addons require that you use Apachii Hair to look good? I am really not a fan of that one. Is there an addon that makes the vanilla faces match the CBBE or UNP bodies? As it is now there is clear difference in color of the face and body.
  13. Hey guys, I am a bit tired of Lydia walking around in armor. Which mods are good for changing the clothing of your love interest? I don't have a problem with 18+ content, I am not squeamish. I've looked around and never found any concrete answers. The closest I got was a 100 page long debate. What I got from that is that UNP is the least "japanese anime"-like mod. What I also got from it is that you don't just got one mod, you go for a number of mods. Which do I need?
  14. I am aware of that, but the major part of contrast between light and dark seems to be altered a lot with this setting. Try it yourself. First default 1, then 10-100, then 0.1 or even 0.01. Reducing it by more than 50% of what you're using now will show you results no matter what settings or hardware you're using now.
  15. This works very well. Personally I found that these settings helped ridding the game of the downright black areas: AmbientLightingCurveDay=0.3 AmbientLightingCurveNight=0.3 AmbientLightingCurveInteriorDay=0.5 AmbientLightingCurveInteriorNight=0.5 The default for all of those values =1.0 Now I don't get "disoriented" just because I'm running on the shadow side of a house in the afternoon or morning.
