  1. Vortex is working pretty good for me, but I ran into a weird issue when downloading mods from Nexus for Jurassic Park Evolution. Now for Jurassic Park Evolution 2 everything went perfect, vortex found my game's folder and somehow created on it's own (Or maybe the modders now add this link?) a Win64 and Ovldata folders in my JWE2 directory. So whatever I download from nexus through Vortex goes directly inside JurassicParkEVolution2/Win64/Ovldata folder and everything is perfectly automatic. Amazing. But for JWE1 it never made a folder called Win64 and no ovldata folder and every nexus mod gets dumped via vortex into the games main folder. I looked at the option called Open on the Mods upper tab bar, and I see a Open Mod Staging Folder (All good there, the usual) an Open Game Folder (All good there pointing to the main directory of the game) and I see a Open Game Mods Folder (it's the same as the game's directory for JWE1 wheareas for JWE2 it points to a JWE2/Win64/opldata folder), how on earth does one change the path for the open game mods folder option?? So I can add a JWE1/Win64/Ovldata path to it already.
  2. You're absolutely right, weird and a bit dumb there is no favorite list. Tracking is fine, but I want to have a list where I can add all the mods I've downloaded and another list where all the ones I want to download, and maybe I want to add another list for something else, etc.
  3. Updates, etc can crash your game and have you swearing at Bethesda, but that can be fixable. Best game and creator of the decade? Skyrim/Bethesda has got this. Thanks for a great game and thanks to all the modding community and Nexus for all their hard work making the game of the decade into the game of the century.
  4. Anyone know what could be causing this really annoying issue? It has to be something between my combat mods right? I have Immersive Movement, Wildcat, Ultimate Combat and Enhanced Blood Textures installed. I wouldn't mind disabling or uninstalling any of them if it fixes this issue. Any help/advice?
  5. Any Demon, or Balrog mods out there or they don't really belong in this lore/game/universe?
  6. Thanks, I find he skips a lot of noobish explanations unlike Gopher. I'll try these 2 videos though.
  7. Hey there, can you please elaborate a little bit more if possible? So I have all my 90 mods in, at level 18 now, havent removed or added anything new since the restart. Haven't had any CTD's yet. Can you give me 3 tips on where to look and for what? Loot and Vortex say zero errors or dirty plugins. SSEedit says about 40 are in red others in orange.
  8. I'm at level 18 with 91 mods, no CTD's so far, hmmmm I hear how people messed up their game trying to fix things with xedit and wrye bash. Scared to mess with this stuff.
  9. Yes, of course I have a valid copy of F4. I was asking if I log in through steam won't game updates delete these mods? Wow, your mod looks great! Thanks for making it! I need to change the whole game to a terminator game, I'm really not a fallout or half-life fan, all these weird npc's n crap flying around with some cartoons thrown in doesn't interest me at all. You think it's possible, I can add your mod first, than add all these, or order does not matter? Think all will be compatible? Fallout 4-76 Open World feral and synth Terminator Minigun Sound Marked for Termination - A Terminator-Inspired Manhunt in the Commonwealth Terminator 2 Remix Main Menu Replacer Synths-Terminators Terminator Weapon Effects Terminator Synth Gen 1 and T-600 walking sound effect T800 as X6-88 Terminator V5.0a Terminator Synth Gen2
  10. Thanks! Can I use only that mod and play via steam?
  11. Bought this game because it looked and sounded like Terminator Salvation. Any similar mods out there?
  12. Anyone know where that annoying pausing is coming from. It doesn't happen all time just sometimes. I have immersive movement, ultimate combat se and wildcat installed. It's not lag, it's like I freeze or lock up for 1 second or 2 when I fire the first arrow. Help
  13. Great job!! Great website! And Vortex is amazing! Would love to see a standardized menu for ever mod that says if it's ok to install mid playthrough, correct load order, but that's probably hard to do with so many possibiliities.
  14. I like your logic, hoping it's ok do all you mention without any weird repurcussions. 1) open Wrye Bash to see if it flags me for reversed masters or any issues like that, activate the mods, run LOOT and sort, check Wrye Bash again. Will do 2) If everything looks right, I open xedit, make a merged patch and delete the leveled lists from it, (also repair any reversed masters, etc.) Hmmmmm ok so I should do this first? It's called an SSEedit Merge Patch? Delete the leveled lists? Reversed Masters? 3. Then I go back to wrye bash and set my tweaks, make the bashed patch with the merged patch active. Ok 4. Finally I open xedit again, run the filter for conflicts, expand the bashed patch and look at any conflicts I want to override (I frequently have leveled lists giving NPCs two or three different types of boots or gauntlets, so I get rid of the ones I don't want them to have, then I run through the rest of the mods to see if there are conflicts I want to change. Holy toledo, ok now I'm confused lol. Anyone feel like taking control of my pc and doing all this, I can pay whatever you require. I'll spare no expense like Hammond in Jurassic Park would say. Actually I'll have to spare a little bit lol.
  15. Finally figured out all the mods I wanted, did a clean restart (Now at lvl 3) but dang it looks uglay in SSEedit with many in the red, especially the worldspace parts. I'd probably say this is the most common type of red error I see: worldspace/tamriel/block 0, -1/sub-block 2, -1 Can anyone advise me? Create a bashed patch first, figure out and adjust load order or repair with SSEedit first? 16. Uninstalled sneak tools sse and replaces it with the minimal edition, bug still there but loot acting normal. Hmmmm..
  17. Anyone know whatthis bug means? I got it after installing sneak tools. Thanks. [09:53:14.574827] [warning]: Blocking load of resource at https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Roboto+Mono:400,700|Roboto:400,300,300italic,400italic,500,500italic,700,700italic
  18. As I started cleaning update master file, on the next master file cleanup no small window would open up after clicking on X to save on sseedit, decided to just nuke the whole thing and start fresh.
  19. I had those same errors, the ones with children and tamriel, cleaned update esm, went ok, closed ssedit, restarted it than cleaned the next master list, when i went to close ssedit to save no window pop up appeared to click ok. Just nuked it all and restarting instead.
  20. Cool, understood. I really think switching weather & light mods halfway through, some armor mods as well brought all this with it. It was supposed to be my 1st restart lol. I feel like deleting everything and restarting just to see if this could have been avoided. While restarting should one check SSEedit after every newly installed mod to see if there's conflicts? I'll still try fixing this tonight though. I have 75 mods, and don't want anymore. None should conflict with each other. Is it good to start by cleaning the master files first right now? Than working downwards on the list? Also making sure an author has specifically mentioned not to clean.
  21. Guys, I know this sounds annoying, but can anyone kind of take my hand and guide me through this mess lol. If you think it's not fixable just tell me to restart the game fresh. Is this correct?
  22. Hi Pyro! I was about to start a similar thread so maybe I should just post here instead. For this: "Run Loot - Fix Load Order in Wrye Bash - Rebuild Bash Patch <-- that is the correct order. LOOT (for a good base start in a correct load order) - then you load all of your mods in SSEEdit (this is for conflict resolution and to ensure the load order is correct, both go hand in hand) - then finally Wrye Bash (Rebuild Bash Patch) <-- in that order, guaranteed but time consuming, but very worth it, if you intend on spending excessive hours in skyrim, such as full completion with as few issues as possible regarding mods and load order." Thanks, that is exactly what I was asking myself. Now, in order to begin with Loot or load order, one basically has to take a look at all his mods and decide which similar mod should go on top of which mod first, correct? There is no program that will tell you which to choose to go first, which last, correct? Than one should go into each mod description on nexus and see if the author says to load it before which mods etc? As for the bash patch, how does one know which mods create a bashed patch together for or does wrye bash decide this? Thanks so much I wish i could buy you lunch or something for all the help!
