Added the spoiler tags. Also, I tried going through the mod list but none of them seemed to be connected, and if I went through and uninstalled random mods it would just cause more problems.

I have 181 ESPs when I check in xEdit, so I don't think that's the problem. Any other ideas? I have a feeling it's a specific mod but I'm just not sure what would cause such a random issue as this. It's usually easier to pin down based on what's happening.

I have no idea which mod is causing this as I have about 450 of them, but I have tried narrowing it down by disabling any mods I think might be responsible and that hasn't helped at all. Does anyone have any idea what mod might cause such a strange issue? Here's my plugin list from Vortex if that helps:
