Hello, I have question about modding vault hunters. I don't mean editng save with gibbed or so, but actually editing skillset. Is there some tool, that helps in changing the skill effects and values? is it done in SDK, or just tedious editing of the charcter patch file? Also is it possible to get the list of all skill effects, properties, types and so on somewhere? Thanks for any info. :-)
