There isn't a mod currently out and (as far as I can see) there hasn't been one ever. I'd start with familiarising yourself with Asset Studio (Offsite: https://github.com/Perfare/AssetStudio/releases), and Custom Textures (https://www.nexusmods.com/valheim/mods/48). Best of luck!
